What is a bio age?
An estimate of how old your body acts, built from your VO2 max, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep and activity in Apple Health. It's an estimate for wellness, not a diagnosis.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No, but it helps. Aura works with whatever Apple Health has. A Watch adds HRV, resting heart rate, VO2 max and sleep, which makes your bio age more precise.
Where does my data go?
Nowhere you don't send it. Your health data is processed on your iPhone. There's no account and no ads. Optional sync uses your own private iCloud.
What does Pro add?
Every Discovery and every habit linked to your ages, a forecast of your bio age, Otto's personal coaching, Pro widgets and iCloud sync. Logging food and your bio age stay free.
How do I use a friend's code?
In onboarding, tap “Got a friend's code?”, or go to Settings → Enter a friend's code. It gets you 30 days of Pro free.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles purchases and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
